1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of hellocandy.shop and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Hello Candy LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Products and availability
We are an independent retailer of imported confectionery. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order at our discretion. Packaging, ingredients, and manufacturer formulations may change without notice — always read the label on the product you receive rather than relying on the site.
4. Allergens and consumption
Our products contain and are produced in facilities that handle common allergens. Allergen information is provided for guidance only. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, read the product packaging before consuming. We are not liable for reactions arising from consumption of products we sell.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are for personal use, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way we reasonably consider abusive, including bulk use, resale of codes, or use outside its intended audience.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Food products are not returnable except where damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Resale
Products purchased through this site are for personal consumption. Purchase for commercial resale is not permitted without our written agreement. For wholesale, contact hello@hellocandy.shop.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit false information.
11. Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Hello Candy LLC or its licensors. Manufacturer names, brands and packaging shown remain the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
12. User content
If you submit reviews, photographs, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to license.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and for which we accept no responsibility.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [California], United States. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of [Orange County, California].
